Congressman Henry Waxman's letter to EPA requesting information on why EPA has failed to do even minimum
research in the past ten years on endocrine disruptors which was Congressionally mandated by law.
"Today, more than ten years after these laws were passed and eight years after the FQPA deadline, EPA has not
tested a single chemical for endocrine-disrupting effects according to the 1996 provisions"
